If you feel stuck, weighed down, or unsure of next steps, it's a good time to try talk therapy. ​One on one sessions provide a safe environment to explore what is and isn't working for you and illuminate a path forward; together finding solutions that lead to more peace, clarity, and feelings of wholeness.​


ABOUT
Hattie earned her MSW from the Jane Addams College of Social Work in 2021 and began in community mental health where she provided individual counseling for teens and adults. She also facilitated groups focused on grief and anger management. Group experiences inspired and transformed Hattie's work as she witnessed rapid progress through collective healing. Hattie weaves this wisdom into individual work with clients, highlighting our innate need for connection.
Clinical specialties include anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, ADHD management, and stress management. Hattie particularly enjoys working with high-performing individuals who are feeling the weight of burnout and ready to create more balance in their lives.​
Outside of sessions Hattie enjoys coffee, photography, travel, discovering good food everywhere, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Do you take insurance? Yes, I am currently in network with the following:​ Aetna​, Anthem EAP, BCBS of IllinoisBCBS of Massachusetts, Carelon, Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizon, BCBS of New JerseyIndependence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Quest Behavioral Health. ​​​​​​​Are you Telehealth only? No. While virtual therapy is popular, I am a big fan of in-person therapy and meet clients both in-person and virtually.​ How long should I be in therapy for? It varies on the person, reason, and season. Some find relief after a few sessions while others find immense value in longer term work. I'm happy to support you towards your goals, however long therapy fits into your life.​ Do you see couples and families? I only provide individual therapy at this time.
